%X La memoria que para alcanzar el titulo de doctor en farmacia presenta Dña. Susana Torrado Durán y que lleva por título "Estudio farmacéutico de nuevas formulaciones galénicas de albendazol", es un interesante estudio bibliográfico y experimental acerca del desarrollo de nuevas formulaciones galénicas de albendazol con el fin de solucionar el problema de su baja solubilidad y biodisponibilidad. Con este objeto se obtienen distintas formulaciones galénicas y se estudian sus características farmacotécnicas y biofarmacéuticas. Los resultados obtenidos con las nuevas formulaciones muestran una exaltación tanto de la solubilidad del albendazol en velocidad y magnitud como en su biodisponibilidad lo que nos permite afirmar que se han alcanzado los objetivos planteados en la programación de esta memoria
%X The memory that Mrs. Susana Torrado Durán presents to obtain the title of doctor in pharmacy, entitled "Pharmaceutical study of new galenic formulations of albendazole", is an interesting bibliographical and experimental study on the development of new galenic formulations of albendazole with in order to solve the problem of its low solubility and bioavailability. For this purpose, different galenic formulations are obtained and their pharmacotechnical and biopharmaceutical characteristics are studied. The results obtained with the new formulations show an exaltation of both the solubility of albendazole in speed and magnitude and in its bioavailability, which allows us to affirm that the objectives set forth in the programming of this report have been achieved.
