Arm edema was not observed. A fistulography showed retrograde long thoracic and lateral thoracic veins flow secondary to a right brachiocephalic vein occlusion. Breast enlargement disappeared completely 2 weeks after a transfemoral balloon angioplasty and stent placement. %~
