%X En la vigente legislación la Educación Infantil se pretende llevar a cabo un desarrollo integral de la persona, pleno, multidimensional y armónico, pues la finalidad de la educación en esta etapa no es otra que la de contribuir al desarrollo físico, afectivo, social e intelectual del niño, atendiendo siempre y ante todo a su bienestar.En este trabajo se quiere mostrar que el cine como producto audiovisual puede ser una herramienta para posibilitar este y otros desarrollos, pudiendo llegar a proporcionar numerosas y enriquecedoras experiencias sensoriales, perceptivas, emocionales, estéticas y éticas. Una educación cinematográfica en la escuela es un objetivo irrenunciable que puede trabajarse y no de manera complicada a través del visionado, la producción y las producciones cinematográficas.La investigación en su desarrollo propone las claves de una educación cinematográfica de calidad. Después de enmarcarla dentro de la Normativa Legal vigente, justifica científicamente su valor didáctico con las Teorías del Aprendizaje más significativas en la actualidad, y fundamenta desde la Psicología su adecuación a la edad evolutiva. Destaca también este trabajo la importancia de una adecuada Formación Docente para impartir una educación cinematográfica de calidad en la etapa de la Educación Infantil y concluye con unas  directrices y propuestas de acción para orientar la práctica. En este apartado, se proponen objetivos y otras consideraciones que podrían tenerse en cuenta si la educación cinematográfica llegara a incluirse en el currículo de Educación Infantil en nuestro país.
%X In the actual legislation of Early Childhood Education (three to six years of age) the intention is to accomplish a wide-ranging development of the child as well as multidimensional and harmonious. However, the aim of education in this stage is not other than contributing to the physical, affective, social and intellectual development of the child, and most of all taking care of their wellbeing.  In this report we would like to demonstrate that the cinema as an audiovisual product it could be a tool which could facilitate children’s broad development as well as being able to offer a number of rich sensorial, perceptive, emotional, esthetic and ethical experiences. Cinematographic education at schools is an unavoidable objective which could be presented in a no-difficult or complicated way through view, production and cinematographic productions. The present investigation in its progress suggests the key aspects of a quality cinematographic education. Subsequently, defining it within the current Legal Regulations it scientifically justifies its educational value through the most significant contemporary Learning Theories. Furthermore, it lays the foundations from Psychology to modification and developmental age. It’s worth mentioning as well that in this paper we mention the significant importance of an adequate teachers training in order to impart an eminent cinematographic instruction at Early Childhood Educational stages. Additionally, it concludes with a number of guidelines and proposals for action which can help in managing and guiding when applied. In this section, goals and other considerations which should be taken in account are suggested in case cinematographic education will be part of the curriculum in Early Childhood in our country.
