AB Este trabajo clarifica conceptos ambiguos e imprecisos como "territorio de la Unión"; se cosntata que el territorio es de los Estados miembros. También puntualiza las diferencias entre territorio y ámbito de aplicación territorial del derecho de la Unión. Analiza diversos aspectos relativos a las fronteras interiores y exteriores; establece la relación entre el respeto a las fronteras de los Estados y la defensa de la integridad territorial del Estado.
AB This paper clarifies ambiguous and vague concepts such as "territory of the Union"; it is noted that is the territory of the Member States. Also it points out the differences between territory and territorial scope of the right of the Union. It analyzes different aspects relating to internal and external borders; It establishes the relationship between respect for the borders of states and defense of territorial integrity of the state.
