UU. y China” aborda de forma crítica cómo los tres principales modelos normativos contemporáneos gestionan, o dejan de gestionar, el impacto de la inteligencia artificial (IA) sobre los derechos fundamentales. AB The thesis "Fundamental Rights and the Regulation of Artificial Intelligence in the EU, the US and China" takes a critical look at how the three main contemporary regulatory models manage, or fail to manage, the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on fundamental rights. The starting point is a central observation: in the three contexts analysed (the European Union, the United States and the People's Republic of China), there is a structural gap between legal discourse and effective guarantees; rights are frequently invoked, but rarely translated into real, enforceable and uniform mechanisms of protection against algorithmic power...
