T1 Elaboración de un índice pronóstico inmuno-nutricional en pacientes con cáncer de vejiga musculo-infiltrante candidatos a cistectomía radical

AB El cáncer vesical supone el séptimo tumor más frecuente en el varón, siendo el décimo si se incluyen ambos sexos. El 20-25% de los tumores vesicales son músculo-infiltrantes (TVMI), siendo la cistectomía radical con linfadenectomía pélvica el tratamiento de elección en estos casos. El TVMI tiene una supervivencia libre de recidiva (SLR) del 50% a los cinco años. La quimioterapia neoadyuvante (QTN) ha demostrado un aumento de la misma hasta un 8%, pero no está claro qué pacientes se pueden beneficiar en mayor grado de la misma. En los pacientes Oncológicos, el tumor interactúa con el organismo dando lugar a una reacción inflamatoria sistémica, con elevación de reactantes de fase aguda, que a su vez lleva a una situación de desnutrición. AB Bladder cancer is the most common septic tumor in men, being the tenth if both sexes are included. 20-25% of bladder tumors are muscle-infiltrating (MIBC), radical cystectomy with pelvic lymphadenectomy being the treatment of choice in these cases. MIBC has a 50% recurrence-free survival at five years. Neoadjuvant chemotherapy has shown an increase of up to 8%, but it is not clear which patients can benefit the most from it.
