T1 Los cambios que afectan a la propuesta anticipada de convenio

AB La Ley Concursal de 2003 introdujo la propuesta anticipada de convenio con la finalidad de facilitar la tramitación del concurso. Sin embargo, la realidad judicial demuestra un ínfimo uso de esa solución. Este artículo enuncia las modificaciones introducidas por el Real Decreto-Ley 3/2009 en esta materia, orientadas a recuperar la utilidad de la propuesta anticipada.The Insolvency Act 2003 adopted the advanced agreement trying to ease the bankruptcy proceeding. However, the judicial reality shows a very low use of that solution. This paper presents the changes adopted by the Real Decreto-Ley 3/2009 in this issue, in order to recover the use of the advance agreement.
