AB En la práctica arbitral sucede que las partes y los árbitros designados se alejan de algunos principios fundamentales relativos a la selección, nombramiento y actuación de los árbitros. Esa conducta se califica como una deslealtad que se analiza en relación con la vigente Ley española de Arbitraje.In arbitration practice, it is outstanding how parties and appointed arbitrators do move away from certain basic principles with respect to the selection, appointment and conduct the arbitrators . Such behaviour is considered as unfair and is analyzed with regard to the Spanish Arbitration Act in force.
