AB La aplicación de medidas de intervención temprana plantea problemas derivados de su relación con las medidas de supervisión que han sido señalados por el Banco Central Europeo. Sin embargo, la razón que realmente dificulta la aplicación eficaz de las medidas de intervención temprana se halla en la insuficiencia de los instrumentos que ofrece como procedimiento de reestructuración preventiva.
AB The implementation of early intervention measures raises problems derived from its relation with the supervisory measures that have been identified by the European Central Bank. However, the reason that really hinders the effective implementation of early intervention measures lies in the insufficiency of the instruments it offers as a preventive restructuring procedure.
