%X Se estudia la relación entre las dimensiones del constructo Personalidad Eficaz agrupadas en torno a Fortalezas del Yo, Demandas del Yo, Retos del yo Y Relaciones del Yo, con el síndrome de Burnout dimensionado en Agotamiento, Despersonalización y Realización personal en contextos educativos.El diseño es descriptivo e inferencial de corte transversal con la aplicación de dos instrumentos. Participan 700 docentes de enseñanza no universitaria. Se practican tres análisis: correlacional, regresión múltiple y ecuaciones estructurales. Se han encontrado correlaciones positivas entre todas las dimensiones del constructo Personalidad Eficaz con Realización Personal, y negativas con Agotamiento Emocional y Despersonalización. Relaciones confirmadas por los análisis de regresión y de causalidad en las ecuaciones estructurales.
