%X A relativistic description for the transformation under a change of baseline between the Fermi coordinates associated to two nonrotating local reference frames is carried out by using techniques based on the world function and the parallel propagator to space-times of small curvature. By assuming one of the observers in free motion, the transformation is evaluated in the first order of approximation with respect to the Riemann tensor and under the assumption of quasiparallelism between the two baselines.
