T1 El trabajo como bien social, trabajo garantizado y renta básica universal

AB Este capítulo tiene como objetivo analizar el comportamiento de algunos conceptos relacionados con el mercado de trabajo y la inclusión de los colectivos en riesgo de exclusión social: trabajo garantizado y su relación con el pleno empleo, renta básica universal e ingreso mínimo vital. Asimismo, se analizan algunas teorías para explicar la segmentación y la dualidad del mercado de trabajo español, que ayudan a comprender los procesos de exclusión social de determinados colectivos. Las conclusiones nos indican que el trabajo es un derecho fundamental que contribuye al bien social, pero que, en nuestro país, está lejos de estar garantizado. Sin poder hablar de Renta básica Universal, las diferentes rentas mínimas de inserción de las Comunidades autónomas y la reciente aprobación del ingreso mínimo vital por parte del Estado, se configuran como alternativas para la mejora del bienestar social de las personas, ante un mercado de trabajo incapaz de crear puestos de trabajo para todas aquellas personas que lo soliciten.
AB The objetive of this chapter is to analyze the behavoir of some concepts related to the labor market and the incluson of groups at risk of social exclusión: guaranteed work and its relation to full employment, universal basic income and minimun vital income. Likewise, some theories are analyzed to explain the segmentation and duality of the Spanish labor market, witch help to understand the processes of social exclusion of certain groups. The conclusions indicate that work is a fundamental right that contributes to social good, but that, in our country, it is far from being guaranteed. Without being able to speak of Universal Basic Income, the different minimum income of insertion of the Comunidades Autónomas and the recent approval of the minimum vital income by the State, are configured as alternatives for the improvement of the social welfare of people, before a job market incapable of creating jobs for all those who request it.
