%X The general intention of these reflections is to identify the set of characters that give them a pluralist and tolerant political and social identity perspective. In order to seek what is thought and what is reality in the philosophical-political system of the Treaties now in force, we examne philosophy or explicit inspiration or underlying integration over its instruments, their content and its very purpose, and the existence or not of a pluralistic inspiration of the decision making process.
%X Le propos général de ces refléxions  est d'identifier l'ensemble des caractères qui leur donnent une identité pluraliste et tolérante du point de vue politico-social. Dans le but de rechercher ce qui est idée et ce qui est réalité dans la chaîne philosophico-politique des traités actuellement en vigueur, on examne la philosophie ou l'inspiration explicite ou sous-jacente de l'intégration par rapport à ses instruments, à leur contenu et à sa finalité même, et l'existence ou non d'une inspiration pluraliste du processus de prise de décision.
