AB Este trabajo analiza el proyecto de Constitución europea elaborado en 1993 en el seno de la Comisión de Asuntos Institucionales del Parlamento Europeo. El análisis se centra en la función legislativa que se asignaba al Parlamento como verdadero legislador y en el nuevo sistema de fuentes con las leyes orgánicas, leyes ordinarias y leyes marco. También el artículo analiza las modificaciones que se proponía para la función ejecutiva y jurisdiccional.
AB This paper analyzes the draft European Constitution drawn up in 1993 within the Committee on Institutional Affairs of the European Parliament. The analysis focuses on the legislative function that Parliament be assigned as true legislator and the new font system with the organic laws, ordinary laws and framework laws. The article also discusses the proposed modifications to the executive and judicial functions.
