T1 As leis da cibercultura e as competências para o cenário digital

AB Nossa sociedade passou, nas últimas décadas, por notórias transformações. Da sociedade de caça/coleta, com a técnica do cultivo, passamos para a sociedade agrícola; da energia a vapor e elétrica, formamos a sociedade industrial e agora, com a rede de computadores, passamos para a chamada sociedade em rede, que está intrinsecamente ligada à emergência de um novo paradigma tecnológico, baseado nas tecnologias de comunicação e informação. Hoje, a sociedade passa a ser informacional e global. O novo cenário afeta essencialmente nossa maneira de se comunicar, transmitir conteúdo e informação, e remodela a nossa cultura, num ambiente de ciberespaço e cibercultura, que exigem novas competências. O objetivo deste trabalho é fazer uma análise das três leis atuais que delineiam a cibercultura, exploradas por Lemos (2004, 2005, 2009, 2010 e 2015): a lei da liberação do polo de emissão, da reconfiguração sociocultural e de conexão em rede. A partir disso, pretende-se discutir as habilidades necessárias que demandam este novo cenário, e articulá-las com a proposta em alfabetização midiática e informacional (AMI) da Unesco. Espera-se, com esta discussão, contribuir para elucidar algumas questões específicas da era em que vivemos e identificar as competências necessárias para gerir as mudanças.
AB Our society has, in recent decades by notable transformations. Society of hunter/gatherer, with the technique of cultivation, we move to the agricultural society; energy steam and electric, formed the industrial society and now with the Web, we call for the network society, which is intrinsically linked to the emergence of a new technological paradigm, based on communication and information technologies. Today, the society becomes informational and global. The new scenario essentially affects the way we communicate, transmit content and information, and remodeling our culture in a cyberspace environment and cyberculture, which require new skills. The objective of this study is to analyze the three current laws that outline cyberculture, exploited by Lemos (2004, 2005, 2009, 2010 and 2015): the law of release polo emission, socio-cultural reconfiguration and networking. From this, we intend to discuss the skills that require this new scenario, and link them with the proposal in media and information literacy (MIL) of Unesco. Hopefully, with this discussion, help to elucidate some specific issues of the era in which we live and identify the skills needed to manage change.
