%X The stratigraphical and sedimentological data of 51 outcrops and stratigraphic sections are summarised in this papaer; these are located in North of Guadiato Area. The rocks outcroping there are Precambrian to Carboniferous (upper Viséan, Serpukhovian and Westphalian). The Lower Carboniferous materials have been accurately correlated by means of foraminiferal chronostratigraphic zones. Taking in account the chronostratigraphic correlation, a synthesys of the sedimentary environments of each chronozone is attempted.
