AB El fraccionamiento del derecho de voto de un mismo accionista como presupuesto de su voto divergente se incorpora a los trabajos de reforma del Derecho de sociedades de capital. Este trabajo analiza la evolución normativa y apunta algunas cuestiones sobre el voto divergente.
AB Breaking-up of voting rights pertaining to a same shareholder as precondition for the divergent voting has been included in the works for stock companies law reform. This paper analyzes the legal evolutions and points out certain issues about divergent voting.
