AB En este texto se analizan los discursos de un grupo de mediadores culturales que trabajan en Madrid en instituciones artísticas y culturales tanto públicas como privadas. El grupo se organizó como una de las actividades del Proyecto Europeo Divercity: Diving into Diversity in Museums and the City de la Universidad Complutense en el mes de marzo de 2015. El objetivo de la entrevista ha sido desentrañar qué entienden en la profesión por diversidad, y analizar las contradicciones y objetivos que se plantean los profesionales en este nuevo ámbito de trabajo.
AB In this paper the speeches of a group of cultural mediators working are analyzed in Madrid in both public arts and cultural institutions and private. The group was organized as one of the activities of the European Project Divercity: Diving into Diversity in Museums and the City of Complutense University in March 2015. The purpose of the interview was to unravel what they mean by diversity in the profession, and analyze the contradictions and professions objectives that arise in this new field of work.
