AB Ante la escasez de estudios doctrinales sobre la materia, el presente escrito tiene por objeto un análisis detallado de la articulación entre las normas convencionales de lucha contra el terrorismo, el DIH y el DIDH. A tal fin, atenderemos a las referencias al Derecho Internacional Humanitario y a los Derechos Humanos en los tratados sectoriales de lucha contra el terrorismo –tanto de ámbito universal como regional–, para, seguidamente, hacer lo propio con las menciones al terrorismo en los tratados de Derecho Internacional Humanitario y de Derechos Humanos. De nuestro análisis se deriva que en un número significativo de tratados sectoriales se omite una referencia comprensiva al respecto, por lo que instamos a que dicha situación sea solventada.

NO Abstract: Given the scarcity of doctrinal studies on the subject, the purpose of this paper is to conduct a detailed analysis of the articulation of conventional anti- terrorism norms with IHL and IHRL. To this end, we will consider the references to International Humanitarian Law and Human Rights in sectoral treaties on the fight against terrorism – both universal and regional–, and then do the same with references to terrorism in treaties on International Humanitarian Law and Human Rights. Our analysis shows that a significant number of sectoral treaties omit a comprehensive reference in this regard, and we therefore urge that this situation be solved.
