AB La incorporación de las Nuevas Tecnologías permite al docente enseñar desde la creatividad, el espíritu crítico y la resolución de problemas. Son recursos que facilitan la adquisición del conocimiento y supone un aprendizaje significativo y constructivo. Kahoot es una herramienta que salió a la luz en el año 2013 y que permite elaborar cuestionarios para evaluar o para reforzar contenidos. La función más usada de kahoot es la diseñada para crear tests en los que el alumnado compite entre sí, pero además hay otras posibilidades para trabajar el debate en clase u obtener información sobre las preferencias de los estudiantes. Con este recurso hemos elaborado una batería de test para utilizar en las materias artísticas impartidas en Periodismo.  Estos cuestionarios nos han permitido una doble finalidad: la primera medir el nivel de conocimientos con los que los estudiantes acceden a estas materias al comienzo del curso y el nivel adquirido al finalizar la materia; y en segundo lugar, para realizar evaluaciones durante todo el curso que nos permitan conocer el progreso y la adquisición de conocimientos de nuestros estudiantes.
AB The introduction of new technologies allows professors to expand their teaching method with new creative, critical thinking and problem-solving skills. These technologies are resources that facilitate the acquisition of knowledge in a significant and constructive way. Kahoot is a tool designed in 2013 that allows you to create questionnaires to evaluate or reinforce already learned content. The most used function of Kahoot is the one designed to create tests in which the students can compete with each other, but there are also other possibilities to foster debates in class or obtain information about the students' preferences. With this tool, we have developed a battery of tests to use in artistic subjects taught in the journalism bachelor’s degree. We can accomplish two goals with the help of these questionnaires. Firstly, we will be able to measure the level of knowledge with which students access these subjects at the beginning of the course and compare it to the level acquired at the end of the subject. Secondly, we will be able to carry out assessments throughout the span of the course, in order to measure the progress in acquisition of knowledge of our students.
