%X This multicenter study analyzes respiratory syncytial virus infections requiring hospitalization in patients with primary immunodeficiency. The work describes clinical presentation, underlying immune defects, severity, need for respiratory support and outcomes in this vulnerable population. The study highlights that RSV infection may cause relevant morbidity in children with inborn errors of immunity and supports the need for specific preventive, diagnostic and clinical management strategies in pediatric patients with primary immunodeficiency.
