RT Book, Section T1 Best practices in visitors studies: The permanent laboratory of museum audiences A1 Pérez Santos, María Eloísa A2 Alonso Tak, Alejandra A2 Pazos-López, Ángel AB Visitor Studies in museums is a discipline with a history of almost a century.
