AB CICLOBIOMA es un Proyecto de Aprendizaje-Servicio de la Universidad Complutense de Madrid en el marco de la “Convocatoria Proyectos Aprendizaje-Servicio Complutense 2019” y del Convenio suscrito entre la Universidad Complutense de Madrid y el Ayuntamiento de Madrid de 4 de julio de 2017 para impulsar proyectos basados en el aprendizaje-servicio. CICLOBIOMA consiste en el planteamiento y el desarrollo experimental de soluciones a problemas científicos con enorme proyección y calado social, que se enmarcan en los Objetivos del Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS 11 y 12) y que tienen como meta reducir el impacto ambiental negativo de las ciudades mediante el aprovechamiento de residuos agroalimentarios para la producción de biomateriales y para la obtención de compuestos de  alto valor en diferentes industrias.
AB CICLOBIOMA is a Service-Learning Project of the Complutense University of Madrid within the framework of the "2019 Complutense Service-Learning Projects Call" and the Agreement signed between the Complutense University of Madrid and the Madrid City Council on 4 July 2017 to promote service-learning based projects. CICLOBIOMA consists of the proposal and experimental development of solutions to scientific problems with enormous social projection and significance, which are framed in the Objectives of Sustainable Development (ODS 11 and 12) and which aim to reduce the negative environmental impact of cities through the use of agro-food waste for the production of biomaterials and for obtaining high-value compounds in different industries.
