T1 La edición jurídica y el acceso abierto: Reseña de algunas experiencias iniciales

AB En este artículo se abordan en primer lugar y desde la experiencia del autor y del Departamento de Derecho mercantil de la UCM lo que puede suponer la edición en abierto para la investigación jurídica. Internet como cauce de difusión de esa investigación requiere de autores, revistas científicas y editoriales una imprescindible adaptación. La UCM se ha implicado en la edición electrónica y en abierto. El artículo explica la oportunidad que supone el Servidor Institucional de E-prints y la creación, al amparo del mismo, de la colección de Documentos de Trabajo del Departamento de Derecho mercantil.In this paper, the implication of open-edition for university research is assessed from both the author’s and the Business Law Department of the UCM experience. Internet as a means of spreading such research requires an unavoidable adaptation from authors, scientific reviews and publishing houses. The UCM has committed itself to electronic and open access edition. The paper explains the opportunities created by the Institutional E-prints Server (Servidor Institucional de E-prints) and the creation thereunder of the collection of Working Papers of the Business Law Department (Documentos de Trabajo del Departamento de Derecho mercantil).
