%X La familia y la escuela son los principales agentes educativos y socializadores que forman parte de la vida del niño desde muy temprana edad.La función de padres y maestros deben llevarse a cabo de manera conjunta, potencializando todos los aspectos del niño para contribuir al buen desarrollo de este. Esto no significa que deban intercambiar sus papeles sino que deben actuar de forma conjunta para favorecer sus capacidades, siendo el mejor método para ello la coparticipación entre ambas instituciones.Los centros educativos deben tratar de dar respuesta a las necesidades que presenta la sociedad actual estableciendo una comunicación fluida y de colaboración con las familias, haciéndoles partícipes en la educación de sus hijos, fomentando sus lazos afectivos así como una buena actuación con ellos. Todo ello es posible gracias a una intervención conjunta y motivadora tanto por parte de maestros como de padres.En el presente trabajo trataremos la importancia de integrar y favorecer las relaciones y la participación de las familias en las instituciones educativas a través de un método didáctico: los proyectos de trabajo. De este modo, analizaremos previamente los conceptos sobre estos principales agentes educativos para comprender en mayor medida la relevancia de las relaciones entre ambas instituciones, mostrando los estudios más significativos sobre las ventajas e inconvenientes sobre ello sin olvidar las necesidades que pueden tener los alumnos de la etapa de Educación Infantil, las cuales debemos atender.
%X Family and school are the principal educative and social agents that form a part of the child´s life from an early.Performance of parents and teachers carried out together, maximizing all the child´s aspects to promote good development of this. This does not mean that they must exchange their roles but they must perform together to stimulate his capacities, so the best method is a partnership between the two institutions.Education centers must try to answer requirements that the current society needs establishing a fluent communication and collaboration with families, making them participants in the education of their offspring, advancing their emotional ties as well as a good actuation with their. All this is a possible thanks to joint and motivational intervention on both sides by teachers and parents.In this job we will talk about the importance of integrating and stimulating the relations and the participation of the families in the education institutions through a didactic method, the work projects. In this way, we will analyze the previously concepts about these principal educational agents further understand the importance of relations between the two institutions, showing more significant studies about the advantages and disadvantages about it without forgetting the necessities that pupils may have in this phase of Childhood Education, which we must attend.
