T1 Retribución de administradores: informe de retribuciones y aprobación consultiva por la Junta General

AB La Ley de Economía Sostenible (LES) impuso en 2011 la obligada elaboración de un informe anual de retribuciones de los administradores de sociedades cotizadas y la votación consultiva de dicho informe por la junta general. La LES no se ha desarrollado completamente en esta materia hasta fecha reciente. El trabajo se ocupa de analizar las disposiciones reglamentarias dictadas al respecto, que serán aplicables a partir del 1 de enero de 2014. The Sustainable Economy Act (LES) established in 2011 the compulsory issuance for listed companies of an annual report on directors’ remuneration and the non-binding vote on such report by the Shareholders’ Meeting. The Act has not been thoroughly implemented thereon until recently. This paper focuses on the analysis of regulation approved therefore, to be in force from 1st January 2014.
