%X In this thesis, we investigate the phenomenon of cosmological particle production within the framework of Quantum Field Theory in Curved Spacetimes, which can be understood as a dark matter production mechanism, and explore its analog simulation using Bose-Einstein condensates. The intersection of General Relativity and Quantum Field Theory has posed significant challenges, particularly in formulating a consistent theory of Quantum Gravity.
