%X RESUMEN: La traducción agroalimentaria desempeña actualmente un papel importante en el mercado, debido a la globalización y al comercio exterior. Sin embargo, llama la atención la escasa investigación y oferta académica que se dedica a la traducción agroalimentaria en el ámbito académico español en comparación con otras variedades como, por ejemplo, la traducción biosanitaria. Por este motivo, en este trabajo pretendemos ofrecer en primer lugar una aproximación a la caracterización de la traducción agroalimentaria para, posteriormente, proporcionar una relación exhaustiva de las investigaciones desarrolladas en torno a la misma y de la oferta académica que la incluye en los estudios de traducción e interpretación a nivel nacional.
%X ABSTRACT: Agri-food translation plays nowadays a significant role in the market due to globalisation and foreign trade. Nevertheless, it is worth noting that there is scarce research and academic programs involving agri-food translation (in contrast with other types such as medical translation, for instance). Therefore, this work attempts to offer an approach to the characterisation of agri-food translation in order to provide a comprehensive list of the research and academic programs that include agri-food translation in Spanish Translation and Interpretation studies.
