T1 El Derecho ante el terrorismo (El marco hermenéutico básico)

AB Este artículo estudia el terrorismo como una manifestación inherente al activismo de la ideología revolucionaria, relativista e igualitaria radical, que lo ha impulsado históricamente y cuya persistencia presente no sólo impide una definición del mismo en términos jurídicos precisos sino también su desaparición de las relaciones sociales. Las transformaciones del gobierno, la familia, lo personal, lo comunitario, la moral o la cultura, forzadas bajo esa presión ideológica, pese a haber adoptado métodos más sutiles y, también, más eficaces en los que los objetivos de la revolución y el terror se ocultan o se adaptan pero no desaparecen, resultan igualmente agresivas para el orden social pacífico.ABSTRACT: This paper examines terrorism as an inherent manifestation of the revolutionary ideology, radical egalitarian relativism, which has historically driven and the continuance of this not only prevents a definition of it in legal terms but also the demise of the relationship social. The changes of government, family, personal, community, morality and culture, forced under the ideological pressure, despite having adopted methods more subtle and also more effective in the objectives of the revolution and terror, hide or adapt themselves but do not disappear, they are equally aggressive for the peaceful social order.
