In response, many institutions have institutionalized service-learning as a pedagogical approach, combining academic learning with social engagement to develop both students' professional skills and foster their growth as socially responsible citizens. This chapter presents a service-learning experience conducted by the ISYFDI research group with students from the Faculties of Education and Psychology at the Complutense University of Madrid during the 2022/2023 and 2023/2024 academic years. The chapter begins with a theoretical review of the pedagogical principles underlying service-learning and examines its role in promoting the holistic development of university students. Subsequently, a service-learning experience is described (UNITUTOR-ProBInAd 1 and 2 project), aimed at the promotion of well-being in childhood and adolescence. %~
