%X Estamos conectados, en permanente interacción, a través de nuestro actuar y de nuestro discurso con las situaciones que tenemos delante y, por tanto, somos responsables en la definición de la misma. Pero también necesitamos considerar el contexto en el que se define la situación. Si cambiamos de contexto cambiamos la forma de ordenar la información y cambiamos la forma de definir. Con esta perspectiva nos hemos acercado al trabajo de distintos profesionales de la red de atención con el propósito de analizar las prácticas de intervención en situaciones familiares en las que la violencia de hijos a padres ha promovido en la familia la necesidad de solicitar atención y control fuera de sus límites. Se ha utilizado una metodología cualitativa, analizando seis entrevistas en profundidad realizadas a distintos profesiones de la red. El estudio pretende contribuir a la reflexión en torno al papel que tenemos los profesionales, dentro y fuera del sistema judicial , cuando dentro de una institución como la familia, se genera una situación que desborda de forma tan potente sus márgenes.
%X We are connected in constant interaction through our actions and our speech with the situation before us and therefore we are responsible in defining it. But we also need to consider the context in which the situation is defined. If we change the context, we change the way of defining and also the way of arranging information. From this perspective we watch the work of different professionals of attention in order to approach intervention practices in family situations where violence from children to parents has promoted in the family the need to ask for attention and control outside its limits. We have used a qualitative methodology analyzing in depth six interviews made to different professionals. The aim of the study is to contribute to the reflection on the role that professionals and social and justice authorities have when within an institution, such as the family, there is generated a situation that exceeds its limits .
