%X A lo largo de la historia de la literatura un cuestionamiento constante ha sido si es que el teatro debe ser estudiado solo como género literario o, por el contrario, solo como manifestación escénica. Consideramos que es necesario abordarlo desde ambas aristas. El teatro es letra como acción en escena. Asimismo, con el pasar de los años las formas teatrales han ido cambiando para alejarse o acercarse a su origen. De esta forma, sobre todo desde mediados del siglo XX, es posible identificar una “contaminación” narrativa en el género dramático. Pero ¿podemos asegurar que el relato es más antiguo que la representación? Buscar una respuesta a esta pregunta es profundizar en otro debate igual de complejo que el primero. De hecho, creemos que el concepto de narración y de representación están por naturaleza ligados. Este trabajo pretende estudiar, a partir de esta relación, qué es lo que aporta la narración al teatro en la búsqueda de una espectacularidad...
%X Throughout the history of literature, a constant questioning has been whether the atreshould be studied only as a literary genre or, on the contrary, only as a stage manifestation. I believe that it is necessary to address both approaches. Theatre is text as well as action on stage. Also, over the years the theatrical forms have changed to either move away from or approach their origin. In this way, especially since the mid-20th century, it is possible to identify a narrative "pollution" in the dramatic genre. But can it be assured that storytelling is older than representation? To find an answer to this question is to delve into another debate just as complex as the first. In fact, I believe that the concept of storytelling and representation is by nature linked. This work aims to study, as of this relationship, what the narrative brings to the theater in the search for spectacularism...
