AB En este artículo analizamos la presencia de formas alternativas de financiación en los grupos mediáticos españoles centrándonos en los fondos de inversión, el capital riesgo y los hedge funds. Intentaremos analizar los posibles riesgos y/o ventajas de cada uno de estos mecanismos de financiación, con especial atención al sector de la comunicación en el contexto de esta última crisis económica y financiera.
AB In this article we analyze alternative forms of financing of the Spanish media groups focusing on investmentfunds, private equity and hedge funds. We will try to analyze the potential risks and/or advantages of each ofthese financing mechanisms, with special attention to the communication sector in the context of the lasteconomic and financial crisis.
