AB Este trabajo analiza cómo España ha asimilado el proyecto europeo como parte del proyecto nacional. También examina la contribución de España a las reformas del proceso europeo , como se han armonizado los intereses nacionales y los generales europeos. Se analiza la crisis de confianza en la Unión Europea y, finalmente, se pregunta por la suerte del Derecho español si España no hubiera sido miembro de la UE.
AB This paper analyzes how Spain has assimilated the European project as part of the national project. It also examines the contribution of Spain to reform the European process, as have been harmonized national and European general interest. The crisis of confidence in the European Union is analyzed and, finally, it asks about the fate of Spanish law if Spain had not been a member of the EU.
