AB Traditional economic approaches emphasize stability and continuity in employment rather than change and evolution. The text, based on empirical research on the concept of work among young people, argues that the economy should adopt a more dynamic perspective, taking into account structural transformation over time instead of relying on classical models of lifelong employment.
