Along these lines, the theory of interpersonal communication is a foundation of public relations to manage effective relationships with strategic organizational stakeholders (Coombs, 2001, pp. 105-114). This embodiment involves, among other things, proper communicative expression and social identity of the spokesmen associated and compatible with the social identity of the organizations they represent. Proper guidance and management of the social identity of the spokesmen is a very specific task of public relations practitioners in order to secure capital appealing to the interests of organizations.
