A1 Heijs, Joost A1 Saiz Briones, Javier AB Este artículo presenta un análisis crítico del sistema de innovación de los Países Bajos evaluando sus aspectos positivos y sus debilidades.Para este propósito se propone una descripción de las características del sistema y de sus principales agentes, su organización que ha tenido que adaptarse a los cambios dictados por las políticas de descentralización del gobierno.El trabajo se propone realizar un cuadro complete para definir las debilidades y fortalezas del modelo neerlandés, y a través de una observación de su evolución histórica poder avanzar hipótesis sobre el futuro que le espera. AB This article presents a critical analysis of the innovation system of Netherlands, assessing its strengths and weaknesses.For this purpose the text shows a description of the characteristics of the system and its main actors, and its path in the adaptation to the changes dictated by the devolution.The work is proposed to conduct a complete picture in order to define the weaknesses and strengths of the Dutch model, developing hypotheses about his future through the observation of its historical evolution.
