%X The investements with european funds in the romanian SMEs is a complex process whose benefits have been recognized over time, in Romania. But, to get these benefits, it is necessary that each trader know and comply with the requirements of a good mechanism of funccionality. Unfortunatly in Romania the absorption rate of the european funds is still very low, the purpose of this thesis is to investigate which are the causes of this situation
