T1 On the Thompson-Wolf experiment: a study with laser sources

AB We present a revisited study of the Thompson-Wolf experiment earlier developed in 1957 with the aim to characterize the degree of spatial coherent of a luminous source. We develop further experiments by using laser sources under various modal regimes. We analyze the experimental results.
