To this end, the first section explores the implications of VUCA environments for student learning, as well as the relevance of the concepts of diversity and inclusion in work teams. In this context, experiential learning is presented as a powerful methodological approach to strengthen the links between education, work and personal development. The second section addresses the importance of fostering a collaborative and healthy working environment in student teams. In this regard, a proposed team model and some constructive feedback strategies are included. Finally, some examples of initiatives to promote diversity and inclusion in the university context are described. %~
