%X Durante el siglo XVII se produce en Sevilla la fundación del Hospital del Pozo Santo, concebido por franciscanas terciarias para asistir a pobres impedidas. Dicho establecimiento, contó con una biblioteca, en la que obras hagiográficas y de carácter piadoso y devoto satisfacían sus necesidades lectoras orientadas a excitar una vida al servicio de las más necesitadas.
%X During the 17th century, the foundation of the Hospital del Pozo Santo took place in Seville, conceived by Franciscans to assist poor disabled people. This establishment had a library, in which hagiographical works of a pious and devout character satisfied their reading needs aimed at exciting a life at the service of the most needy.
