AB La jurisprudencia sentada por el Tribunal Constitucional español en 2012 sobre los reportajes grabados con cámaras ocultas es clara y firme: el empleo de estas técnicas no se puede considerar en todos los casos periodismo de investigación, y por lo tanto, solo será legítimo su uso cuando sea la única forma de obtener esa información de interés público, constituyendo en el resto de supuestos una intromisión ilegítima en el derecho a la intimidad.
AB The jurisprudence sitting by the Spain Constitutional Court in 2012, about the reports recorded with hidden cameras is clear and firm: the use of these techniques can´t be considered in all cases investigative journalism, so it could be only used when this is the only way to obtain this information of public interest, and in the all of the other cases that situation will be a unlawful interference in the right to privacy.
