AB El trabajo se centra en la dimensión judicial de la tutela de los derechos de los consumidores y, más específicamente, en el ejercicio de las acciones de cesación reguladas en los artículos 53 a 56 del Texto Refundido de la Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios. Se abordan los tipos de tutela ejercitables, las entidades legitimadas para recabarla de los tribunales y las especialidades procesales asociadas a su ejercicio.
AB This chapter is focused on the judicial level of the consumers' rights protection, with a special focus on the injunctive relief regulated in Articles 53 to 56 of the Spanish Consumers Act. Among other topics, the chapter addresses the different types of available relief, the entities with legal standing to claim for it and procedural specificities in case such collective claims are filed.
