AB Se analiza en el presente trabajo los distintos mecanismos presentes en el Derecho comparado para proteger la vivienda habitual a través de la declaración de inembargabilidad o bien por la creación de patrimonios de destino y el posible impacto en el mercado crediticio de estas medidas. Así mismo, se estudia la situación en el Derecho español, en particular, las carencias que presenta la figura del emprendedor de responsabilidad limitada introducida por la Ley  14/2013 de 27 de septiembre de apoyo a los emprendedores y su internacionalización
AB The different mechanisms involved in comparative law to protect the main residence through the declaration of unattachability or by creating a separate heritage and the impact on the credit market of these measures is discussed in this paper. Likewise, is studied the the situation in Spanish law, in particular, the problems of the entrepreneur with limited liability, introduced by Law 14/2013 of 27 September support for entrepreneurs
