The purpose of this article is to present the results of the systematisation of a practical experience linked to a virtual teaching-learning process in the field of social work with groups in the context of the health crisis caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. The article first outlines the framework of action of the teaching-learning experience and its pedagogical principles. Subsequently, the process of transition from a face-to-face model to an online model is discussed. Finally, key factors essential for the successful implementation of this experience are highlighted.
