%X La Red de Bibliotecas del Instituto Cervantes, herederas de las antiguas Casas de España y de losCentros Culturales, repartidas por todo el planeta, han sabido aglutinar y ser el impulso constatado parala difusión de la lengua y la cultura española e hispanoamericana.Las bibliotecas, en colaboración directa con el Instituto Cervantes, ofrecen un servicio diario y continuoa los usuarios que acuden a las instalaciones, ya sea para, consultar fondos, préstamo, reproducción,información bibliográfica especializada, acceso a bases de datos…etc.A día de hoy son uno de los bastiones que mejor nos representan fuera y dentro de nuestras fronteras.ABSTRACTThe Network of Libraries of Cervantes Institute, heiresses of the antique Spanish Houses and theCultural Centres, distributed around of the different continents, has known to agglutinate and to be theimpulse stated for the diffusion of the language and the Spanish and Hispano-American culture.The libraries, in direct collaboration with the Cervantes Institute, offer a daily and continuous serviceto the users who go to the Institute, for consult collections, loan, reproduction, specialized bibliographicalinformation, access to data bases... etc.Currently they are one of the bastions that better represent to us outside and within our borders.
