T1 La interrelación entre beneficios e inversión en el crecimiento económico de España entre 1994 y 2007. Una primera aproximación.

AB El trabajo analiza el crecimiento de la economía española entre 1994 y 2007 considerando la centralidad de la inversión en la dinámica de crecimiento y la importancia de los beneficios para la formación de expectativas que determinan las decisiones de inversión. Las hipótesis plantean la interrelación positiva entre la tasa de beneficio y la tasa de acumulación y la influencia de los sectores relacionados con la burbuja inmobiliaria. El análisis agregado y después sectorial de las variables establecidas en el marco teórico permite caracterizar el crecimiento de la economía española en ese período, constatando la interrelación positiva de las tasas debeneficio y acumulación, así como el papel predominante de los sectores de la construcción y los servicios financieros y profesionales en la determinación de ese crecimiento.
AB The research analyses Spanish economic growth between 1994 and 2007 considering the centrality of investment in growth dynamics and the importance of profits in thedetermination of investment. The hypothesis formulates the positive interrelationship between profit rate and accumulation rate and the relevance of the sectors related with the real estate bubble. From the aggregate and sectorial analyses of the variables seen in the theoretical framework, we characterize the growth path of Spanish economy in this period, and confirm the positive interrelationship between profit and accumulation rates, and the predominant role of construction and professional and financial services in the determination of Spanish growth.
