%X El presente artículo analiza el papel de los Actores No Estatales Violentos (ANEV) en la seguridad internacional contemporánea destacando su impacto en la estabilidad de los Estados y en el orden global. Se exploran las dinámicas de estos actores en el contexto de la globalización, la revolución tecnológica y la fragilidad estatal. A partir de una revisión teórica y empírica, se actualizan los debates sobre la relación entre el terrorismoy el crimen organizado abordando los retos que plantean para la gobernanza global y las estrategias de seguridad. Finalmente, se plantea la necesidad de un enfoque multidisciplinario para comprender y contrarrestar las amenazas derivadas de estos actores.
%X This article examines the role of Violent Non-State Actors (VNSAs) in contemporary international security, highlighting their impact on state stability and the global order. It explores the dynamics of these actors within the context of globalisation, technological revolution, and state fragility. Through a theoretical and empirical review, it updates the debates on the relationship between terrorism and organised crime, addressing the challenges they pose to global governance and security strategies. Finally, the article underscores the necessity of a multidisciplinary approach to understanding and countering the threats posed by these actors.
