AB En este artículo se cuestiona la legitimidad del monopolio público del estado sobre la jurisdicción y se argumenta a favor de la concurrencia de diversas jurisdicciones en el mismo espacio geográfico, libremente elegidas por las personas, como forma de expresar el valor de las deferentes nociones de derecho existentes en una sociedad  multicultural. ABSTRACT This paper denies the legitimacy of the public monopoly of the state over jurisdiction of courts and holds a point of view in favour of the Competition of different jurisdictions, in the same space, freely chosen by people, to express the value of the different notions of law in a multicultural society.
