%X En esta comunicación se plantea la problemática que se deriva de la acefalía del órgano de administración de la sociedad anónima y las soluciones para evitar la paralización societaria, específicamente la posibilidad de convocatoria judicial para el nombramiento de administradores. Abstract: This paper refers to the problems which arise from the absence of directors in a limited liability company in the form of a Spanish “Sociedad anónima” and the solutions to avoid the paralyzation of the company, in particular the possibility of a calling general meeting by the court in order to appoint directors for the company.
